So since were at the end: you need to give your final say Lucky: Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, or Avatar: The Last Airbender? Considering the war that those two fanbases were having during the previous polls, now you need to weigh in my dude~ As for the next anime; I think I've made my thoughts clear, but here are my personal recommendations in order of preference :) Top recommendation: Fullmetal Alchemist. As in the original 2003 anime. It would be *really* interesting for you to see to see how it compares and differs from Brotherhood, if only to get your own opinion on which story you think was told better. 2nd recommendation: Madoka Magica, as per usual~ (Usually would be my first recommendation, but FMA '03 is a special exception in this case. But make no mistake, I *WILL* get you to watch Madoka at some point XD) Option 3: Dandadan. Out of the series that are likely to be on the poll, this is the one that I'd be voting for lol; one of my favourite series that's come out in the last few years. Wild card option: Nana. Radically different from any show you've seen before, but it's about the length of the shows you'd be asking for and i'd be curious to see you watch an entirely different genre of anime then Shonen.

1:00:20 actually both FMAB and AOT are rated the same, 9.1 on IMDb, which makes them both the highest rated anime shows. That’s not to mention that AOT was review bombed.

Rightfully so AOT was review bombed! Although I don't know why it could have been review bombed but... I didn't like S4 onwards. Ruined the whole show for me like how people dislike Game of Thrones as a whole after S8. *AOT spoilers* I didn't like OG Ymir's backstory. Blind slave getting used and abused falls in love with the king. Even if she gained so much power and learnt to kill for King, she didn't rebell. Died for him. Stayed submissive and waited for Eren to free her, she also created Eren as he is. Eren also created himself as he is. Weird time travel loop cuz Eren goads his father into doing his bidding even before his birth and manipulates him to give birth to himself. Stopped watching there and caring. Too much science fiction and stockholm syndrome portrayal.

As for the actual ending; fist off; you really should've stuck through to see the ending Credits lol. I guess I thought they just automatically started after Eds final line; but the ending is an even further flashforward to see everyone a further 5 years in the future. (Also the song slaps XD) You asked why Father in the portal was taking to a another orb? The thing about Truth/God is that it's always a reflection of the person that meets it in the portal. When we see Mustang in the portal, it's a grown person. The only reason it looks like they do with Ed and Al is because they're both basically the same young boy. The other side is the portals. Each portal is actually different; Ed's Portal doesn't look like Als for example, and his Portal also looks different here then it did the first time he met Truth. The reason is that the portals represent the knowledge that the person has gained, while behind the portal is all the knowledge possible in the universe. Basically, each door works like it's own spiritual Transmutation circle: taking the knowledge from the other side of the door and letting the alchemist make use of it. What Father was trying to do is just pull the other side of the portal into him, yet his own door was blank. In other words: despite wanting to absorb all knowledge; he himself knew absolutely nothing. Meanwhile all the way back at the second Episode: Truth was saying to Ed that this is what he wanted, because as Ed admitted here, it was. He wanted to know anything and everything because he wanted the power to do anything: after all the first thing that young Ed wants to do after seeing the other side of the portal is wanting to go back in. It's only at this point that Ed could really "beat" Truth. As for Mustang, the common consensus is that it wasn't Truth doing him dirty; it was actually him being kind. Even if Mustang didn't want to go through the portal, he still did go through the portal, and you can't go through the portal without giving something up. By Truth just taking his sight, that is Truth taking the smallest thing possible; something that that leaves his body intact. Also fun fact regarding the ending regarding Ed and Winry not kissing; according to the mangaka "I'm not good at drawing people kissing, so I didn't even bother trying in case my art ruined the moment" XD

I liked it. The animation is not good in the beginning but it definitely gets a lot better later. Also I have never seen anyone reacting to it.

I still don’t understand the floating spine that Ymir found in the tree, yeah it made her a titan but it feels too alien to make sense. The whole beginning of the show was to figure out where did titans come from, and we figured out it came from that floating spine, and we still don’t know where that spine came from lol. What do you think a better ending (S4 onwards) should’ve been for the story?

I don't mind the spine thingy. I could chalk it off as an alien thingy that changes humans and that is the sole source of paranormal anything that happens in the show. That thing was not of that world. Okay. Ymir didn't need to be so stupid. She did NOT need to be a submissive slave, manipulating Eren and all. Convoluted. Things would have ended just as fine with Eren deciding to nuke the rest of the world cuz they wont back down and let eldia alone. That time travel stuff and Ymir being however she was was the unneccessary part that put me off. I could not respect this story.

Not respecting the story because of this is understandable. S1-3 was the best fiction I’ve seen, even though S4 ruined it, it doesn’t take away from what S1-3 had to offer. I notice this in almost all shows. The ending part ruins the whole story. It makes perfected shows a rare diamond in a cave, even if those perfected shows don’t have a better story than these.

Maybe you can take a little break before starting the next show and take a breather and take some time to catch up on other stuff! I suggest you watch the end credits from the last episode and bloopers for FMAB. And before you start the next show you can use the fmab timeslot for chainsaw man movie, demon slayer movie, OPM, whatever you need to catch up on if you have time that day. Also again my recommendations are mob psycho 100, evangelion, frieren, dandadan, blue lock, monster. Mob psycho has a particularly great dub if you want to keep the dub trend going for this slot!

Yes, if you look back at the Izumi scene, The Truth took woman and it also was exactly like the dwarf in the flask too. Just a little cool detail.

Not because it has plot there are other cartoons that have plot avatar was inspired by eastern culture and studio Ghibli movies like spirited away and the anime FLCL which the staff was directed to watch to get a visual style for the show and there is most likely more anime I’m missing

FLCL has the weirdest synopsis I’ve ever read hahaha. I can totally see the resemblance in art style. I didn’t assume it was inspired by anime at first because we already have East Asian themed American productions like Mulan, Kung Fu Panda, Samurai Jack, American Dragon, that animated Jackie Chan adventures show, …etc. I’m guessing it’s the idea that ATLA does look a lot like anime visually (the eyes lol), especially TLOK which mimics anime style animation and choreography.
