Fun fact involving this reveal: Many fans theorized Dabi being Endeavor's son from the moment his Quirk was revealed. Why? Back when Shoto Todoroki vs Deku happened, during the flashback we see 3 children which revealed Shoto had 3 siblings. Later on we see his sister, and shortly after when Dabi used Blue Fire, people theorized he must've been another sibling because we've seen Endeavor use Blue Flames against a Nomu. Then he calls Shoto in full name, then we see the 2nd sibling. And when Dabi encountered Endeavor after his fight against the High End Nomu and calls him by his full name, giving fans more reason to think he's his son.

I'm just gonna say it. Dabi being Endeavor's son is one of the most obvious twists in all of anime. A lot of the fanbase predicted it when Dabi was first introduced. And the series kept dropping so many hints too, its ridiculous.

What is with that damn dance Davi was doing as he was talking? Its like he was trying to channel Jojos yhat whole time. And yeah, here I was all ready to yo get excited about how much I called it in a comment last season, only to find out this was apparently the most obvious twist in history and I’m actually an idiot for not figuring it out 5 minutes after meting Dabi XD

To be fair, when I saw people theorizing about Dabi, I was playing Devil's Avocate saying stuff like "Just because he uses fire doesn't mean he's automatically a Todoroki" & "Yeah Dabi said Shoto's full name, but the league has info on ALL students plus Shoto's pretty famous" & "Ok, he says Endeavor's full name, but he's the #1 Hero, his real name is public knowledge"

To be fair, the reveal would only be obvious if you're actively trying to theorize about it. If you're binging the whole show watching every 2 days without having to wait weeks or years you're not spending as much time working on theories, you're just constantly excited to see the next episode. So when you find out about the other brother who 'died' you're just thinking "what happened?!" and you don't really stop to go through all the clips you've seen and theorize. I'm sure some immediately came up with the theory with nothing to go off but "flames! Dabi has flames! I bet that's his son!", but most people were actively taking account of little details shown in the flashbacks and thinking through their theories as they went.

When you said, "He has blue flames! How does that make sense?" Endeavor can also produce blue flames when he increases the temperature ;) He's already done it. It's still crazy when you think about it. Endeavor fathered children with his wife until they had Shoto. He wasn't trying to father children with her solely out of love, no no. He was playing the lottery, hoping to give birth to a child who would have the perfect balance between ice and fire xD

I wouldn't say he didn't care about his other children. But he put them second to work or second to his obsession with giving the world a hero who would be better than All Might. Because we can see in the flashbacks that he loved Fuyumi and Toya.
