Great callback with Mrs. Goldenweek painting ability. I just got reminded how it works because I saw her in the live action. They definitely did the characters and Baroque works justice. I loved seeing Croc again in there. The next season of the live action will finish Alabasta

live action season 2 name drops pretty big reveals that happen after 900 episodes and even 1000+ tbh, i know other reactors who have glanced over it but someone like lucky would analyze it and get spoiled

fair honestly i think if he hears a name drop that he hasn’t before he’d put together that it’s something important. But to call it a spoiler with no context is kind of harsh imo… I don’t think it’d really be altering the original watch but to each their own!

Season 1 just covers East Blue saga, it should be fully safe for you to watch rn. They spoil something we learned around Enies Lobby, but you're past that, so it's fine. When the live action first released, though, you weren't that far in yet, so it wasn't safe... but now should be good at least season 1, maybe more people can confirm

U can also watch the trailer! Yeah it's crazy seeing them try to bring Oda's crazy ass world to live action... Also, Oda is heavily involved with the production so you know they stay faithful to the heart of the story. Not like everything is necessarily approved by him but he's involved with scripting, casting, and gives feedback. He said he wants them to be free to tell his story in their own way, basically he's not overbearing about it. Since most live actions are received poorly, the popularity OPLA is getting is awesome!

My man calling the gladiator groups ‘Class A’ and ‘Class B’ like hes watching My Hero Academia lol When you said “you know what this reminds me of?” My first thought was “Yes: it reminds me of the show that will keep begging for you to watch until you watch it!” XD (Seriously though: I don’t know if I’ve seen this episode before, but that scene at the end on the ship gave me massive Madoka Magika vibes that i truly was not expecting)

Dressrosa really has a lot going on at the same time lol, that's why it's so long, but overall it's a really enjoyable arc. And as others mentioned, I also would love to see your reactions to the first season of the One Piece live action.
