For clarity, the nullification of devil fruit depend on the convenient of Oda writing. For some devil fruit, you knock out the user, the effects get nullified, but for some certain devil fruit, even the user die, the effects keep going on. Even the new user of that devil fruit can’t nullified the effects (example: Boa’s Love Love fruit)

Krowft

I suppose this is more due to the fruit changing something permanently (turned into stone forever), as opposed to temporarily by actively using your power and will (i.e. turning someone into a toy with your power being used to actively repress everyone's memories constantly and your intention to keep them as toys and following your contract). Decken had the ability to throw anything at you and the object would continue to follow you until he was knocked out, but is will (intention) part of it? If after an hour of following you he decided he didn't want the object to hit you anymore would he be unable to stop it? Just like with him being knocked out (or when he uses the thrown object as a form of transport) he can decide to stop the object following you with just a thought, on the other hand Boa can't turn you back just by thinking it, she has to physically do another effect on you to turn you back permanently

Krowft

but of course, Oda is ultimately free to change things at any time

Bartholomeo knows that Lucy is no longer Luffy. Barth was with Luffy when he met Sabo, so of course he witnessed Luffy giving the armor to his brother. He's simply a fan of Sabo because he learned that he was Luffy's brother xD You would do the same thing if you could spend a whole day with Rafa, Novak or Roger. Don't lie.

AccordingToLucky

Nah, he still simping like thats Luffy. He said nobody else could pull that off but my glorious Luffy ahahaha

Nicholas Kent

He'd do the exact same thing if Zoro had taken Luffy's place. He just learned about a missing brother, so he's a huge fan of his too! He's a crazy fan xD The kind Eminem was talking about in Stan xD
