so s8 is actually 11 episodes but if you add on the epilouge ova episode named "more" and the tv special coming out next week named "hero too" (both you should watch) then it adds up to 13 eps. and pls dont forget the movie

Remember that when All Might fully gave his quirk to Deku he could still use it for a few weeks. It might not work exactly the same way here due to Shigaraki also having the All-For-One quirk, but I don't think he's immediately quirkless. He lost danger sense completely because Shigaraki stole it, not for the same reason as the other quirks tho.

The way I understood the strength of weakness is, midoriya rn doesn't have that all might status, he doesn't seem like a God to the rest of them, he's struggling, they can relate to him so he inspires them. All might felt unreachable. Btw bakugo killed kurogiri there lol
