Good news is that you’re both wrong and right about the character ages lol. Most of the primary cast is actually young-ish, but not overly so. Specifically, Subaru is 17, and Rem and Ram are both 18, and Emilia is… uh… actually a little undefined tbh, but thats something to talk about that later in the series, so for now just consider Emilia as the only one thats a little “Nami-like” to talk about lol. Ironically (well, not really since its a pretty common trope, but I feel its pretty new for you) the true oldest character in the main cast is Beatrice who mentioned in the OVA that she was 100’s of years old. Oh: and Ill probably mention this for the next two eps as well: the season finale on episode 25 is the first time the show has a proper post-credits scene, but it’s a very big one that is going to explain quite a bit for you, so make sure you watch that when it happens 👍😊
