This is the 3rd time megumi tried to go full power but someone stops him. First was against sukuna, he stopped himself. Second time was vs todo and panda stopped him and in this episode both maki and inumaki stopped him

For real bro? Against Todo? I doubt that man. Not that Todo isn't strong but he isn't an enemy that NEEDS to be taken down so I doubt that Todo one. But yeah.. maybe Megumi has attempted to go full power in ep 1, against Sukuna in ep 5 and thirdly here twice.

I forgot about sukuna ep 1. But yeah against todo he said I will show you when I don't hold back and todo was shocked for a second then panda came in

Nope. I just confirmed it that he wasn't gonna use it against Todo. I checked every episode in which he attempts to go all out and in those episodes we see him putting his hands in a unique way unlike any shikigami he summons in battles. I noticed for the first time now that each shikigami is created with unique hand sign. We can make animals in shadows with our hand signs, right? We used to do that as kids. Megumi does the same thing and his summoned animals come out of shadows literally. So in each instance of his 'going all out' moment he used one specific stance that was visible to us. Against Todo his stance wasn't shown at all. So I assume he could have used his enhanced demon dog against Todo that we saw in this ep or even Max Elephant. As he recently acqired the latter.

Todo was shocked cuz Megumi was fr holding back. Only summoning frogs and looking weak, when he wasn't that weak.

I head the voice actor did it as a joke and in reality speaks English very well.
