Okay so lemme explain the ending with the photo because it's actually a bit dark and holds a lot of trauma for Shasha. So the photo was explain by Thai fans on Twitter. Don't know if the show is gonna fully go in this direction but it seems they are gonna at least go somewhere similar. It's been hinted at throughout the series. For explain, Shasha has a very large reaction to her picture being taken without her consent.
