As an Ohioan, I can confirm that we're beyond Oblivion. Those gates crop up all over and if you don't shut them you end up with daedra problems, which are even worse for your garden than groundhogs.

As soon as I heard it I paused and jumped to the animated version of the podcast to see if Brockway finally got that Magical Girl Transformation he’d always wished for. Alas, some dreams are too grand for our fallen world.

No no. The Queen didn't tell her to go into the vortex and beyond oblivion. The Queen's plan was to get on the boat and fly away to safety, but then it exploded and Sailor Moon thought 'fuck it, lets go into this totally unrelated oblivion vortex that just happens to be right near my wedding ceremony'.
