Jeff screaming at the end is THE funniest thing on the show so far, then they show it again after the commercial break and it’s even funnier the second time. Then a little later Jeff’s explanation of the encounter and he recreates the scream and the noise he makes is exactly the same scream that Graham Chapman makes in the Monty Python sketch in which John Cleese is scaring Chapman with a bell.

If a magical mortuary Bigfeet tried to take Wild Bill's tired and fibrillating heart, that Mountain Monster would be turned into beautifully cut steaks wrapped in butcher paper. Bill thinks that his "Carnivore Diet" restricts him to only eating meat from the carnivores that tried to eat him first.
