I need to call someone out for their toilet paper. First I pull a 20 lb ream out of the freezer. I layer the inside of the toilet with sheets of paper. Then I release two dozen pigeons to do as they please in the bathroom for an hour or so. But I have been putting the paper glossy side down and that is the WRONG WAY. Glossy side up is the right way. Then I stomp all those sheets of paper down with my Toilet Slippers. I think it's important to flush repeatedly. I haven't figured out how to get all of the pigeons back in their cage. Glossy side up, every time. It's the correct way.
