Workflow:

Almost done with elites.. was pushing me in the back and decided, that 2 sketch a day is ok level of speed, if i do 3 its best, but i like spending time on those. So finishing the remaining one, then the HQ. If i got time in he end of the week (mean if i finish them all) i'll see, or doing one comics i wanted for myself, or advancing on comms.I'll see when i'm here. But first thing first, the urgent stuff

South of Midnight:

Started playing this game again. One chapter a day seems a good rythm to finish it. While i took my pause, i saw a critique of the game that i think is on point.An incredible universe, in a classic game.I mean, the game gameplay is basicly exploration, some arena fight with an increasing number of ennemies, and some boss fight.So far, the boss fight were.. quite cool actually, not exeptional, but they change of the classic gameplay. But the fight.. they're not bad, just.. not thrilling too. You do them to keep the story advancing. And this is were the game shine. The music, the ambiant, the characters, it's REALLY GOOD.So to resume for those who forgot, or who didn't read the first time i talked of the game.Story follow Hazel. Young black girl leaving in a small town in the middle of the Bayou. One night, a hurricane hit the city, and because her mom was late to prepare for it, they hadn't leaved yet for the city shelter. And her mom disapear when their house on stilts get washed by the river.Hazel while seeking her mom will discover she's a weather, someone who can see the very tissue of reality and mend it when pain become so strong it tear it appart.A young brother who died too young, a daughter whom killed her own father as she feared he would kill her, an Alligator starved almost to death before he ate a whole pig slaughterhouse and became as large as a church. She saw it all, and can mend it.Music is a plus, mix of Cajun song, blues and classical ballads. Visuals are stunning, with a sort of forced twitch rythm in the animation to give it a look of stop motion, wich goes good with the sort of "clay figurine" graphism of the characters.No really.. game universe is awesome, Deep south legends and monsters made in a game.. but yeah gameplay isn't bad, but it's stuff i saw 10 times before. I'll finish it, clearly for the story tough! I invit you to take it a look, or at least see a walkthrough, it deserve it!I know it'll stuck with me in the long run

Card. Yeah gonna talk of it quickly.So.. if you didn't knew, or lived under a rock, last week Steam, Itchio and some other game platform removed several games, kinky ones, for the biggest part, but also some other games like Postal 2 been hit.So what happenned is less opaque now, because Steam did something they never do... they released a statement. What they explain is, Mastercard Visa went through money provider companies like paypal to enforce some censorship on games that were legal to sell.To resume, they got a close in their terms that say you shouldn't be allowed to use their card to buy stuff related to Non con , underage or advertising violence in sex type of nsfw content. BUT also anything that provide depiction of non consensual violence and or harm to the tier. But also to any content Mastercard would deem "immoral".And that just tossed more oil to an already roaring fire. Steam went out of their way to explain this because Mastercard made a statement explaining they did nothing such as asking for product removal.. and legaly it's right. THey asked someone else to threaten in their name instead of doing it themselves.That's an issue, because money provider like those company got deep link with big fortunes, and most of these guys remember fondly time when there was no gay peoples allowed in the streets and black folks were to sit at the end of the bus. So letting them enforce their taste on what is allowed to be bought isn't a good idea.They ll start with stuff easy to defend, remove crass games, to protect the kids. Then slowly, stuff that could harm their feeling, what they should believe. Soon would be censorship on anything that critic them etc etc.I played enough Shadowrun to know that a world where big corpo can enforce laws you got to follow, isn't a fun place to live in.All to say, eat the rich!Exept if you are yourself rich indeed, if you can see this, mean you pay me, it's enough for me to like you =DAaaad.. such courage, and we wonder why poor peoples stay broke =D
