Workflow:

Finished one page comics n 2 comms, n severalstudies, so not that bad we ll say. Got one sketch comm then i ll work on comics N on rewards at the same time to not be too late on the rewards and advance on the monthly. Wanna alternate between project a bit these days not work 3 days ina row on the same thingWanna Live the artist life not just survive it =D

The fast government

Just to joke a bit on the fact that the time i did 2 comms sketch we saw 2 French Government start and crumble.. Tough the second one isn't Dead YET, but i won't lie to you, so far, all the bets i saw isn't about "ll it die" but "at which hour it ll die tomorow"My bet is around 16h30. Cause you need to start the vote procedure, then there's Lunch, and then you vote, but not too late because of digestion. So yeah 16h30 seems a good time for it!To explain, REALLY fast what is happening politic wise in France. Macron is a douche, and out of his own party (1/4 of the assembly) everyone hate him and his successive governments.They remained in place only by doing temporary alliances with other politic groups.. and each time broke said alliance by lying on stuff they promessed. So now they're isolated, no one wanna befriend them. Assembly can cast a Veto vote to just say "NAH cast out this government and try again!" So.. last government remained in power for... 14hAnd same prime minister play again, proposed a new government tonight, so we wonder will he stand longer (at least 16h) or break his own reccord tomorow?Anyway, it's at least fun to watch. Ridicule, but fun

Reading time:

Took less time playing video games and watching movies, and more reading these days. Finished 2 books in last 10 days. First is Legends and Latte, really chill book about an orc warrior, retiring after 20 years of being and adventurer, to open a coffee salon.. in a town who no one even know what is coffee. It's a chill read, and really fun. Made me think of Terry Pratchett in the style a bit. Less humoristic in the tone, but the way it focus on the mister everyone in a fantasy world and manage to suck you in it. Really encourage you to take a look, ll certainly draw some of it one day!Second book is "Cant spell Treason without Tea" first book of a saga "Tomes and Tea". Story follow two women, one is the Arcandor, a sort of mix of an Archmage and the Avatar, and her girlfriend, who is the bodyguard of a Queen that would make Sauron unconfortable, decide to flee together.The first to escape her responsability a bit, the second because she would like to live past her 30, thing that won't happen when your ruler tend to execute whole families children include when someone forgot to cover their mouth when they sneeze.They go to the edge of the known world to open a tea shop in a remote village, incognito and finaly take time for themselves.Book was written after the author read Legends and Latte, and she clearly said she took inspiration in the "let's writte cosy fantasy about tea shops and taking time for us"Both series are worth a read! The second is more classic fantasy imo, in the structure, adventure happen, fight with dragons, some mysteries to unravel. But the core, the two characters are the true engine of it. They re well written and really cute together. Migh certainly draw them too, already bought myself the other tomes in the serie, so i'll tell you my opinion on the whole when i'm done!.. IF it interest you to know indeed X)Tell me if you have read any or both series and what you thinked of it yourself =D
