here we are and here we go

Workflow:

Program of the week is to focus on reward. Made a deal with most peoples with at least 5 month of reward in the wait, change all of their due, against 1 p comics. I would do the one page later, between commission, but allow me to restart on a clean slate. Most said yes, so leave to me only the peoples with fewer rewards due.Means roughly 12 Elites and 2 HQ. Did one of these HQ, ll do the other one between tonight and tomorow, knowing i got a team of plumber working on my shower tomorow, might not advance much, so Wednesday should be done. Then All the elites remaining. At this point.. clean slate on the rewards, would allow me to focus on comms AND Monthly! With less pressure on the rewards would finaly feel free to do longer Monthly, like multi pages one ^^That is the target for the end of the year!

Patreon scrutiny:

Patreon removed one of my poll because of breach of their guidelines. TBH.. they acted quite mild, in the way, they didn't blocked all my page, they just locked this specific part, and proposed me to redo it . Not that i complain.. it's good to see restraint and not Judge Dredding all the issues for once.So.. i hope it ll be solved.. Still better than their old ways of locking the whole page like a crime scene imo.I think it's bcause i used a picture of Hex Maniac close to one showing boobies in last monthly poll roster.. And tbh i dunno shit about Hex Maniac, so she could be a minor. I changed all portrait and hope it ll solve it. TBH the patron themselves propose the girls, so she wasn't even in my choices X)I also hope i don't get closed for this.. would be really dumb imo.Wonder how it work, does first "offense" is ok and now i'm flagged as a bad boy and next one i'm closed?Or if it look like a genuine mistake it's like "oh no prob" and we forget?Those company always have obscure as fuck rules hidden behind safety rules 20 pages thicc. It's why most artist don't trust those.. In my opinion, issue is such company don't want to be tackled as censuring stuff, so they hide the censorship behind "don't do this thing" stay vague on the thing so it can be... quite a lot of scenarios, and then multiple that over 20 pages.. So tbh any mod that don't like you can find in quite any stuff you did something that, by interpretation, could be wrong. I get some content should be managed and that they can refuse it.. But artist HATE non clear rules. We like simple stuff, get an idea, draw an idea. Think 100 years on how this specific idea might be good or wrong, sorry but.. it's marketing thing, too complicated for simple artist brain.Anyway, i hope i ll end with someone cool that understand i just make a booboo and won't slap me too hard.. If not and it's my last weekly, been an honor gentlemen!

A Pirate life for Tea

Finished the second book of Tea and Tomes saga!Talked of it last time already. To resume, Kianthe, avatar of the elemental magic, Reyna, former queen guard and really good swordwoman, are a lesbian couple, they exile themselves to Jackshit nowhere to open a book/tea shop. Issue is Jackshit Nowhere is Nowhere cause dragons took the habbit of coming every 10/20 years to burn half the country, wich isn't the best place for real estate market . In previous book, ((spoiler ahead)) they discover whySomeone stole several Dragons eggs and.. hum let's say their parents are slightly pissed off by that and come raid local humans to make it known.Issue is humans don't speak the "Burn baby burn" really well, and take a mage to speak to a dragon. Now that they know what happened, Kianthe make a deal with the big lizards, stop burning our houses and i'll go trek in the wild to find your eggs.And here come the second book. Where we meet river pirates, administration, a good portion of well placed socialism (wich is never an insult in my mouth). Lot of travels, some swordfights, and a lot of medling into couples.I.. Liked it less than the first book. Still loved it, i have read it in 4/5 days and more than once i was glued to the pages and couldn't stop this "one chapter and i sleep" session (always ending around 4 am)But i liked a lot more the small village life and some event happen, but it's chill, of the first tome. Here it's more a more classic fantasy novel. Somehow it loose a bit of it originality with it. But the things i loved are still here. There's deep relation, characters put a point into communicating, and most issue in relationships are clearly due to lack of talk between the partners. Quite healthy relations, it's good to see. In a lot of stories the couple get at each others throat to create tension. Here the thing is more "ok what happen is shitty, but at least our couple is good and it allow us some respite"Still can't wait for book 3 to arrive, in a week or two. In the meantime someone borrowed me a couple books, so ll be time to read those =)
