Here we go

Last of the year so instead of the classic Workflow and talk let's look at this year.I'll talk many personal parts, so for once, this one ll stay private for supporters patreons!Thanks a lot for following my work for all of you Free followers =)And i wish you a merry christmas! and C ya next year!

NOW, for the supporters!

Was a.. weird year. Started financialy great, and was tbh quite good the rest of the year too. Like i never had a month when i won, commission, patreon and others, less than 1100 € wich was a Good month in 2024. So i'm getting better, with the state financial help on small wage, and even with the 25% of taxes i pay on my incomes, i'm close of reaching the minimum wage in France each month. Wich sound little, but is quite ok for an artist.I am gratefull for the fact i can live of my art. I know it might not be for life, a lot can happen. Tomorow patreon can kick me, with no reason given, or decide the ban NSFW for good.A massive economic crash could happen, peoples loosing job, and finance an artist would become a thing most peoples couldn't do and i would loose my incomes etc etc.All to say, it's a "for now" situation, i'm gratefull for it, and if it keep a few more years i would only be happy with it

But for now i'm here, and it's thanks to you guys =)

I'm not good at the financing things. I spend too much time on art that don't pay that much, just to achieve a level of quality I enjoy. I could make way more by paywalling my art, or selling myself more.. But it's just not me.If peoples want to see my stuff, enough peoples, they ll toss me a penny if they can, and if enough peoples toss me a penny i would have enough for a meal and a rent. That's it... Or it was it.

This year was frustrating because of social media.Because reach die in most. Patreon trafic show that on the year, Trafic from twitter is only 968 visit from this site to my patreon.. for the whole year. There's is 1360 visit that came to my page by suggestion of patreon, you know when they suggest other artist you might like. 508 came from google, when peoples seek my name and click the links it propose. Means that a 90k followers social media don't even pull as much as twice the people just googling my name...That is ridiculous.. and all because of a man child that bought it to be sure it will only talk about him and him alone.. That's.. frustrating to have this platform and knowing that any link or even mention of my main income place would kill so much the reach there that i should not even post, would be the same effect.

Then come the Art... and it was nice! I worked on several comics, most from my own volition, could do personal pieces a lot, and start stuff. And i took time for me irl, to see friends, to paint figurines.. it's just great =)And i could draw my OC more, and my personal stories, and i know many of you don't care for them, but those who do are the sweetest. Thanks for liking what i do!I hope i'll keep making art that you'll all enjoy!For health this year...I went to a really bad place when i had my Thyroidal problems, mini depressives episodes, and at one point.. let's say i went to a dark place and old demons came, and i contemplated an "easy"outing. But it went better when my Thyroid stoped acting up. To this day been 3 month since last trouble with it, my doctor think it was just some temporary issues but still monitor me just in case.It's when i took a lot of late on my work this year. And i want to be sure it won't happen again.I owe several works to many of you now, but as i said ll take my time and do them slowly as it come in the coming year =)

Thanks again for this support!For the old ones that are there for almost 10 years now, when i just opened this place to support artist and opened a creator page, so i would have enough money to not spend my own penny on it X)For the more recent ones, all the one who are super active on the discord, the ones that come MP me to remember me to sleep times to times, or that it's ok to take a day off every weeksFor the silent ones that just give me some money, a like and their attentionTo all of you peoples
