Inject Ancilla with a special drug which permanently increases her sensitivity to the extreme. Ancilla is then given permission to orgasm, but due to the special drug - Ancilla's heightened orgasm will last forever.

A drug is injected directly into her clit which makes it incredibly sensitive. As a result ANY stimulation of it is incredibly painful, and at the same time incredibly pleasant. The hornier she is, the more painful it get, and the more her clit is in pain, the hornier she gets. Then a direct electric shock to her clit is used to get her off for hours on end (maybe even forever?)

Not to toot my own horn or anything, but my idea was so good someone decided to add a twist. After all, imitation is the greatest form of flattery~ Seriously though, a more original idea would scare Ancilla far more than two relatively identical ideas.
