It would be nice to know what it is so I can choose whether or not to maintain my subscription

It's already too late! You get charged the second it becomes June somewhere in the world. At least, that's what happened to me last month when I tried to cancel. Making the previews not really useful for that.

That's not actually true... Patreon doesn't charge you until midnight pacific time on the first of the month (ie, the last place in the world that it's still considered the day before) (that's ~8am Uk time for the record). You can freely join or change up until 7:59am (Uk time), and it'll still be fine. It is shown on every email when you join up to a patreon, that your next charge will be at this time.

Also, yes... Lost Kingdom should have at least shown us what they could, and/or revealed the theme. this is a little poor imho

I should have been more specific. I cancelled my subscription the morning of the 1st of the month in NZ (ahead of most of the world, it was still the previous month in the UK). I wasn't charged for another 12 or so hours, but I was still charged even though I cancelled well before 7:59 am UK time.
