For the curious I'm going to keep this updated as a master post for all published builds of the game.

The difference between 0.1.2. and 0.1.2.P. is the uncover toggle found in the P(atron) version after the imps steal her clothes.  This action is performed with the N key.

I am currently playing the newest version as released on Itch.io and I've been captured by goblins and it seems like I can't interact with anything, I click space on the guards and nothing.

That's my mistake. For that section the "c" key is required for interacting. I didn't finish transferring all of the interactions for that zone to the new system.
