Title screen added

Removed Halloween decorations

Four scenes have had their art updated to final status

Added music

Added two minor quests for acquiring the lock pick and the potion

Lock pick and potion no longer appear as physical items

Edit:  Re-uploaded to change one item location and fix a bug with that item.

Unfortunately the animation this month didn't quite make it to final status.  I'll continue working to get it done as soon as possible.
