Hey witches! Here is a printable of a spell jar you can make for pet health and protection. You don’t have to use all of the ingredients listed in this printable and you can swap out some, too, if they have the same spiritual meanings! You can download and print this out for your Grimoire, Book of Shadows or whatever you choose. There are two styles to choose from when you download the PDF: vintage background and white background. I have a binder that acts as a Grimoire so if you have something similar, this could be added if you’d like! You can even just print it out to hang up or simply keep in a folder, too. You can download this PDF by clicking on the link in the attachments. Have you made a spell jar for your furry friend? What’s in yours? 🐶🐈🐇🐹

Directions:

1.) Gather all of your ingredients together. Be sure to use dried herbs to avoid mold. If you can, have your pet in the room while doing this spell to establish a connection between your spell and animal.

2.) Cast your circle and invoke any elements or deities you want to work with if you feel called to do so. Cleanse your space with incense, a herbal bundle or sound, too. Light your green candle.

3.) Add your ingredients to your jar and meditate of your intent with each one as you continue to put them in. Add the salt first and whatever you chose (fur, whisker, treat, etc) last. Leave your brown ribbon or thread to the side for now.

4.) Tie your brown ribbon or thread around your spell bottle once you’ve finished adding your ingredients. Seal the spell jar with green wax.

5.) Place your spell jar in a spot that your pet is often. Keep it close to their bed, their food or treats or anywhere else they usually are.

I love these printables! The only thing I would wish for is the instructions with them, either as a box on the front, or as a second page so we can print double sided! You have been filling out my Book of Shadows nicely!
