Full Super Pink Moon Bath Ritual (Patreon)
Content
Here is a Full Moon bath ritual you can do, which was written by @highasspriestess on AminoApps! If you don’t have all of the ingredients, that’s totally fine! You can tweak this ritual to work with what you have or what you’re more drawn to!
The Full Super Pink Moon in Scorpio is on April 26th and peaks illumination at 11:33pm edt. It is named after one of the first flowers to pop up in the spring, a moss called wild ground phlox. It is a vivid pink color and often blooms around the time of this full moon! A supermoon means the moon is very close to earth at the time of its fullness. this makes the moon appear larger and brighter. Other names for the Pink Moon are The Sprouting Grass Moon (grasses & plants are beginning to sprout), The Fish Moon (around april is the optimal time for fishing), The Hare Moon (hares are breeding), The Egg Moon (birds & chickens are laying eggs), The Paschal Moon (paschal means relating to easter, and the first Sunday after the Paschal Moon is how Christians determine what day is Easter), The Planter’s Moon (this is the general time when people begin planting seeds), The Peony Moon (peonies begin to bloom in April)

Pink Moon Bath Ritual
Bath Ingredients:
- any pink flowers (roses, peonies, tulips, cherry blossom, lotus, etc)
- any pink crystals (rose quartz, rhodochrosite, ruby, pink tourmaline, etc)
- crystals for abundance (aventurine, carnelian, citrine, clear quartz, fuschite, geodes, etc)
- pink & white candles (as many as you want)
- a piece of paper, journal, or your grimoire/BoS
- a (pink) pen
- your favorite spring/flower scented soap & lotion
- a jar
- (optional) pink bath bomb
- (optional) meditation music, folk music, singing bowl music, spring nature sounds, etc
- (optional) spring scented candle or incense
- (optional) flower essential oils
- (optional) pink himalayan salts
Ritual:
- run your bath (if you are using salts, a bath bomb, and/or essential oils, place them in now)
- place the flowers in or around the bath
- place (and light) your candles and crystals around the rim of the bathtub
- if you’re using incense or scented candles , light those too. if you’re using music/sounds , now is a good time to put it on
- don’t get in just yet! grab your jar and scoop up some of the water. you can bless the entire bathtub before doing this, or you can bless the jar afterwards if you’d like
- set the jar aside and step into the bath. close your eyes and slowly take in your surroundings. breathe in the fresh spring fragrances that fill your space
- when you are relaxed, pick up your journal and begin writing about what you want to accomplish this year. what are your hopes and dreams? how do you want to see yourself grow? what can you do to grow ?
- begin meditating. if you want to, call any deities or spirit guides now. ask them for guidance in helping you grow and what you can do to get there. what old habits must be shed? how can the divine feminine nurture your growth?
- when you are done meditating, thank any spirits or deities that you called and write down any messages you were given
- take the rest of the bath to contemplate & appreciate the growth of nature once again , springing back into life. think about how this full moon has changed your energy, if any
- put on your spring scented lotion. enjoy the scent and let your mind focus on it. take time to appreciate Mother Nature’s gifts that you are applying to your body. rub it in and let it soak in, and imagine the sun rays and spring rains soaking the earth and rejuvenating it
- pull out the page in your journal and put it in the jar. you can place any flowers or crystals you used into the bottle as well. take one of your candles and tip it over the lid/mouth of the jar to seal it with your intention. anytime you need a boost or any aid in your growth, shake the bottle
