Is this obnoxious? (Patreon)

Patreon told me to tell you all that you can now gift memberships to other people. I'm bad at self-promotion, so I'll just quote what they had as the boiler plate text:

"Your gift helps grow our community and support my work, while giving you and your friend one more thing to talk about. Plus, you don't need to deal with shipping or wrapping.

Just go to https://www.patreon.com/dresdencodak/gift to give a gift."Jokes aside, it really does help me a lot to expand the audience. Like, 85% of Dresden Codak's income comes just from this Patreon, so if you know anybody who might be interested, consider giving it a shot!
