It makes an amazing difference. The trick is keeping the laser focus pointed where is supposed to be; the temptation to get caught up in details is strong.

Yeah, they can definitely make a massive difference sometimes. It took me 10 years to get to where I know my dose and when I need it and when I don't. ADHD is a evil bastard sometimes.
