Yes, you just download the Winrar, double click the "Hire Me, Fuck Me, Give Me a Raise" application, and you are good to go. Make sure not to click on anything else in the winrar folder. You also have to have Winrar installed to open the winrar folder. If you drag the application out of the winrar folder, make sure you also drag data.win right next to the application otherwise the application won't work.
