I think about this all the time….. I think Kuroo is enjoying making friends and the freedom of college and is still indescribably lonely without kenma and doesn’t realize why because he hasn’t realized he’s in love with him yet. Kenma is scared kuroo is going to forget about him but self sabotages by getting in his head and thinking kuroo would be better off without him :c they’d both be suffering without each other and I think kuroo would finally be the one to crack and confess to Kenma

I think they don't see each other as much as they would like it but they try their best. Maybe Kuroo would feel like he is in abstinence meanwhile Kenma feels like something is missing but he doesn't care a lot about that feeling

I think kenma would make up various "emergencies" to make kuroo come home. Like, text him SOS and then it's just that he can't reach the top shelf. Kuroo thinks it's cute but starts to get frustrated bc he can't be driving around all the time like that so when he confronts kenma about it , kenma has a little mentie b. Then kuroo is like oh!!! You like me 😏 you just want me around hehe

I bet that kenma would act like it never bothers him and that it's like a chore to go see him but he'll always visit when kuroo is available and make the most of it. Kuroo would be the one to cry saying kenma doesn't love or miss him
