Changes for the Bud (2$) tier (Patreon)

TL;DR: The Bloom (5$) tier doesn't change, but the Bud (2$) tier will only be WIPs and maybe 1 full piece per month

Hello my cuties! I hope you're doing well and that you're doing something nice for the weekend, even if it's just relaxing and taking care of your lovely self!

Just want to tell you I'll have to modify the Bud tier. Here comes the yapping:

Since my daughter started school my schedule also changed and the ways things are going is not sustainable for me right now. Long story short, I'm simply working too much for the money I'm making, be it at my job or for this Patreon.

The issue is that I want to make content that takes more time to make and in my current situation, be it schedule or health wise, I cannot carve enough time. I'm itching to finish my animations but I'm working too slowly at them, as I am a beginner and some days I'm just too exhausted from the day. Almost done with editing my YT video but releasing 2 pics a week for this Patreon is getting in the way each time since this video is never coming as a priority.

Even for this Patreon, I used to have pieces in advance, scheduling the releases and having a backlog... now I'm just working on the pic on the due date, which is stressful.

People have also been asking for commissions and I refuse each time because I just don't have the time. It would be more wise financially to not do so much for the bud tier but then take some commissions after I'm done with my animation and youtube video.

I also... don't like how little I interact with you all. I just release a drawing, then run into the night to my bed. My social battery is empty after my long day, I am not sleeping well, I just go on twitter for a quick dopamine hit and to not feel so lonely, then I work or take care of my daughter. That is not healthy and it makes me sad that I'm not interacting with you much. I want to get the energy back to be really present for you and in the current situation I cannot get it.

So starting in November, the Bud (2$) tier will only be WIPs and maybe 1 full piece per month. Keep in mind I also draw other ship than shadamy but you see it's not that often. In the Bud tier, You'll get a lot of content during October since I'll be making a few sketches for the Shadamytober event. But after that, you'll get unfinished stuff and when/if I have the time, I post a final product. I like to think it's okay since I made way more stuff than usual while doing various events this year. I'll also do something for Christmas as I do each year but I always release the holiday stuff on social media on the day of the Holiday so you won't get it super early anyway.

Also I like my AUs but... I don't know if people really want to see them? I don't have the urge to draw them, really, I'm not frustrated if I don't draw them... I like to draw tropes that people enjoy and it often aligns with my AUs: Princess x Knight, Office AU, Sci-fi... I'm just happy to explore! If you want me to keep going with them, I will, but I just really enjoy drawing other people's ideas more. I guess I always enjoyed working as a team, or in a production line lol

I geniunely thought about ending the Bud tier entirely... but I still have SFW drawings I want to make! I still want you guys to give me your opinion in the polls, to go on my streams and to access things early and on a website I trust more than social medias. I don't want to abandon people who can only give 2$. In this economy I don't take your support lightly; it's hard for everyone and you choose to support me. I am very thankful. I think about that a lot.

Bloom (5$) tier doesn't change at all, you still get 1 piece per week, with the expectation that some week it can be only rough sketches or WIPs, but they will be in minority. it can also be another ship but that too, doesn't come often unless it gets popular in a poll.

With these infos in mind, you decide if you still want to support me via the Bud tier or not. I won't mind if you don't; if you feel like you're not getting enough for your buck, that's totally valid. You know what my WIPs look like lol
