Heat 0.1.0.2 Test Build- Bulging/penetration fixes (Patreon)

This test build is a bit of a scarier change that overhauls some of the bulging and penetration systems. The way heads are hidden and the way characters bulge is changed and should fix the issue where possessed characters are unable to bulge, as well as fix the backs of characters getting bulged when penetrated with a sufficiently large dong. Please give it a shot and let us know if it works!
