Heat 0.5.2.2 Milestone - Character x Character kissing, Cuddle poses, and more (Patreon)

Whew, so muzzle kissing was huge challenge. Just getting it to look right in 2d art has been a furry struggle for decades, and it's a whole 'nother story in 3d. It took a lot of iterating and attempts to get it right.

I'm hoping we managing to do it justice! I think it's really cute when they kiss uwu

We've also added a new set of cuddle posses, meant for possession, where you can relax with your favourite character and listen to their calm breathing :)

We've also added the duo poses to the other scenes. They're a little weird sometimes since they're on a floor and not a bed, but there's no harm in that.

I've completely run out of buttons on this thing so you may need to customize the controls in the SteamVR overlay. If you have any suggestion on how best to bind everything, let me know on Discord please.

That weird button close to the pad: Menu

Left Touchpad: Move

Sides of Right Touchpad: Rotate

WMR

WMR controls change depending on the model, and some actions may be unbound entirely. You can see/edit your bindings by going to the settings in the SteamVR overlay and adjust the bindings and add any missing actions there.

For 2D:

ESC: Close/move menu

WASD: Move

P/L: Switch between VR mode and 2D mode

Q/E or Ctrl/Space: Move up and Down

TAB: Open Radial Menu

N: Extend tongue/kiss

M whilst holding toy: Shoot

Click: Grab something when the cursor lights up green

R/F, Z/X, T/G: Rotate item in hand

Mouse Wheel: Move object away or towards the camera

Mouse: Rub something when the hand moves in Debug Keys:

I: Make character erect

C: Make character climax

Known Issues

Laser might not register with UI sometimes, possible fixes are: Game restart, by setting the game window to focus by clicking on it, or by alt-tabbing (let me know if this still happens, I may have fixed it)

Browser doesn't launch when hitting authenticate, or refuses to connect: Try running in admin mode or setting a different browser to default temporarily

Common Solutions to Game Issues

These are common solutions to many problems, ranging from the tongue not spawning to the game not launching in VR, or the game not authenticating. Try these out first if you're having issues, they work surprisingly often. If they don't work, message me and I'll be glad to help.

All issues (try these first):

Right click on verifyintegrity.ps1 and select 'Run with PowerShell' to validate your files. If this fails, redownload the game. The download got corrupted.

Make sure the game isn't installed within any folders that have winky faces or other unusual characters in them at any part in the path. This includes characters from other languages.

Restart the game and your computer

Auth issues:

If you have a localhost error in your browser, press the auth trouble button below the authenticate button and follow the directions exactly.

Check "use alternate port" below the authenticate button

Run the game as admin

Make sure an antivirus isn't messing with Heat

Make sure game is let through firewall

Set a different browser to default temporarily

Disable adblocker temporarily

Disable any security that could prevent your computer from opening a socket and accepting a connection temporarily

VR issues:

Adding the game as a non-steam game then running from within SteamVR (if not working in VR)

Press P to switch to 2D mode and L to switch to VR mode on your keyboard

If your hands don't work, reset SteamVR bindings for the game. If you can't do this, launch the game from the .exe, not from the Steam shortcut

If you're using Oculus and the game doesn't launch in VR, launch SteamVR and sit in it for about 30 seconds then run the game from within SteamVR

Reinstall/validate SteamVR and Oculus software

Update video drivers

Clicking on the game window with your mouse when the game is open then putting on your VR headset (if the UI laser doesn't work)

I am confused. The BJ sounds sound 100% identical. (In the bathroom glory holes, and if a character is penetrating the mouth of the player; 2D Mode). Did I miss some configuration or something?

Loving everything in this game so far. Do you ever plan on making a prop/character collision toggle to create much more control for those with playspave movers and full body tracking? Getting stuck on corners can sometimes bump you up and down, occasionally out of the map! Especially when playing with scale tools :). (For instance, the animation in the bedroom where they are sat over the chair, it is quite difficult to cram myself in-between the body and the chair) Absolutely a plus on the facesitting mentioned in another comment haha

2026-09-06 16:00 Perhaps I'm an idiot but where are the cuddle poses? That would probably do wonders for the crippling depression caused by my complete lack of enthusiasm for the "real" world. Also I'd humbly request a fox player body if at all possible(if he were partially robotic and very punk rock it wouldn't hurt either, and I'd be glad to (read that as fight my way across a zombie ocelot filled city naked with nothing but a pen knife for the opportunity to) voice him if it were possible.

Loving this so far! With the free posing, the scaling and the three player max count, you can really do some creative posing and scenes. Out of curiosity if you find yourself lacking for ideas in the future, would autofellatio be a possibility? You can pose some of the larger characters that way and with the scaling, they ALMOST wanna do it, but don't quite commit. I don't know, something about a Self-Service Pump position that scratches that itch, you know? Regardless, great work so far!

Just had a random thought for possible future content. You’ve got the dimmable lights for some sensual experience, how about a scalable/different sized tv’s in the bedroom and have a form of media input for it so say… Netflix and chill?

lol, chill, jesus. Crunch culture is the last thing I want with a project like this. I don't want things to stagnate or be abandoned, obviously, but I'd prefer genuine passion and considerate, thoughtful work over a rushed product any day, no matter how long I have to wait.

Can we please get an option to turn off the violent reaction from Garret when you boop him? Getting my finger violently bitten off with blood spurting from the wound is a bit of a major turn off. I believe asking for a toggle is reasonable considering there are already toggles for kinks such as watersports for those not into such things.
