I guess the operative word for Aset here is "fucked".

Red, cat eyes.... Hathor -> Sekhmet?

Voligne

Oh no, now Grandmama is about to lay down the THUNDER!

E G

I think I now know why Heru doesn't like to get into trouble with Hathor

E G

So Sek and Hathor share a body and are different entities at the same time, or does Hathor serve as a vessel to hold the bloodthirsty Sek within??👀

Simon Magid

I hope Edith can survive what comes next.

eddi_TBH

Oooooh!SHe mad now!

eddi_TBH

I hope Hathor likes her enough to treat her like Aset's hostage.

eddi_TBH

I think this particular lioness is all hers. Mothers can be very protective. And lionesses will beat the carp out of lions protecting their cubs. A snake in the grass is one stomp and gone.

"Hathor was often depicted as a cow, symbolizing her maternal and celestial aspect, although her most common form was a woman wearing a headdress of cow horns and a sun disk. She could also be represented as a lioness, a cobra, or a sycamore tree." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hathor It's all her and Aset's tail is also hers.

GODSLAVE

Actually Hathor and Sakhmet do share a body! Sakhmet was like this bloodthirsty lion that Hathor took the form of when seeking vengeance for Ra.

GODSLAVE

The latter! I need to do more reading to see if there's more details to it, but Hathor would take the form of Sakhmet when she needed to act out violent justice

eddi_TBH

I didn't read far enough. Thank you.

OOOSHIT. The cat who slays the serpent at the tree...
