Hey everyone! Hope you’re well. With summer arriving, I thought I’d take some time to talk about my schedule for the next few months, and what I’ll be working on!

Let’s get the obvious update out of the way: the Godslave Volume One colour proofs came in! Once the interiors got approved by the Printer’s prepress department, they overnighted the pages to me! It was especially thrilling, since I’d just finished picking up the Kickstarter prints as well!

After seeing the pages in physical form, I made a couple edits to the cover. It felt like Edith was getting a little lost in all the shades of pinks and purples, so I bumped her up a bit- and shrunk the text size on the back cover.

I’ve also been squeezing in time to work on the second Fight Me book. I’m trying to get as much as I can done before my next freelance project starts up!

As for my next freelance gig, I’m going to be colouring a kid’s graphic novel to Harper Collins! It seems like a sizeable project that’ll carry me for a few months, but the best part is that a very good friend of mine will be doing the art work! Which should (in theory) make communication on intentions of scenes a lot easier.

That’s it for work updates. On a personal note, I’ve been taking a lot of long evening walks, and it’s been very inspiring spooky-wise!

What are your guys’ plans for the summer? How have you had to adjust? Any projects you’re looking forward to?
