I won't lie; I have had similar moods about 'bad' food, and have a hell of a time explaining that I don't want a thick, juicy barbequed burger on a 'premium' bun, I want a thin, not-exactly dry M&M Meats type patty that's been pan-fried and served on a small, very basic bun. Been a bit hampered since my local M&M's closed.

This is absolutely true. Some days you just want All The Fried Stuff, things that make your arteries clang shut so hard you can HEAR it. Crappy onion rings can make everything better.
