Biggest difference between Hathor and the others of the pantheon that I see: She asks questions. She doesn't --as much-- decide on what she wants to hear or see as a foregone conclusion and drive others towards it (somewhat, yes; she has power, and that sort of thing comes along with it.) I'd rather go with someone who didn't assume that they knew everything from the beginning than with someone who did.
