Rex, the bald main clone in blue, is Anakin's guy and Cody, the clone in orange with the facial scar, is Kenobi's guy. Cody tried to kill Kenobi in Revenge of the Sith. The episodes about the clones are some of the best! Although not canon, you can see Asajj Ventress meet Dooku and cross sabers with Anakin for the first time in the 2003 micro-series. Anakin also loses his Padawan braid when he is Knighted and acquires his facial scar in that series.
