Lol. The only WEB COMIC that is essential is the one before this episode. It's entitled "SWITCH" and shows how Anakin and Obi-Wan get drugged despite the viewer witnessing them using the Force to swap their drugged drinks with those of their tablemates. I think you might've missed that detail because you were covering your eyes with your hand! This show is making you too anxious! Lol. Basically, that chittering, cackling Kowakian monkey-lizard you found so amusing sees that they've dodged the drug and tries multiple times to knock them out. The Jedi foil each attempt. Exasperated, he tips a keg of the powdered drug into the ventilator system spreading the sedative throughout the hall and knocking out the entire room! "Bombad Clankers" is Jar Jar-speech for "formidable technology". "Clankers" is clone slang for droids and Jar Jar appropriated the broad concept of the term.
