Three Updates Regarding Patreon Management Patreon運営に関する３つのお知らせ (Patreon)

Thank you always for your support, this is Rebis. Today, I have three announcements related to the operation of my Patreon! None of them are particularly pleasant, but please take a look to continue enjoying new works from Rebis in the future. Let me summarize the topics in three points.

 Subscribing through the Apple app will now cost extra due to Apple’s fees, and the billing cycle for all patrons will change.

 Realistic AI works will be removed by the beginning of 2025. (Those who enjoy these, please switch to Subscribestar!)

 The Gumroad platform for past content sales has been shut down (transition is in preparation).

*Firstly, subscribing to Patreon via the Apple app will now incur an additional 30% fee taken by Apple. I’m not very familiar with the details, so please check out this article as well:

If you subscribe through a browser, no additional fees will be charged. Also, due to system changes, the billing cycle will shift from "the first of each month" to "one month after your subscription date". Please be aware of this.

*Secondly, it seems that realistic AI works will start being banned around the beginning of 2025. Unfortunately, this means that currently running ultra-realistic gyaru works and past works like Rimu Ushirogi Manga will need to be removed within 2024. (I plan to continue updating about these projects here throughout the year.)

Non-realistic works, meaning those that assisted by AI in illustrations or comics, appear to still be permissible for posting at this time.

*Thirdly, Gumroad, which hosted sales of my past limited content, has been shut down due to increased regulation on adult content... I am currently exploring alternative platforms, with 'itch.io' being a potential option. If you know of any better sales platforms, please let me know!

Overall, the tightening restrictions from credit card companies and big tech make it feel like living in a cyberpunk society. Delivering NSFW works is becoming increasingly difficult year by year, but I am determined to continue searching for new horizons to survive. I apologize for any inconvenience caused, but please continue to support Rebis's works and activities!

AppleのAPPから加入するとお金が余分にかかるようになります。また、全パトロンの課金サイクルが変わります。

◆まず１つめは、AppleのアプリからPatreonに加入すると、Appleに30%も余分にお金を取られるようになるそうです。

ブラウザから加入されるぶんには、追加の料金は発生しないようです。

またそれに伴うシステム変更で、課金サイクルが「毎月1日」から「あなたが加入した日から1ヶ月後」に変更になるようです。ご了承ください。

◆２つめは、リアル系AI作品が2025年はじめあたりを目処に禁止されてしまうようです。

非常に残念ですが、現在連載中のウルトラリアルな黒ギャル作品や、宇城木りむちゃんの過去作品は、年内に削除しなければならなくなりそうです。（年内はここでも更新を継続する予定です）

リアル系作品がお好きな方は、お手数ですが年末～来年にSubscribestarへの移行もご検討ください！

リアルではない…つまりイラストや漫画にAIを利用した作品については、今のところは今後も掲載できるようです。

◆３つめは、過去の限定コンテンツを販売していたGumroadが、成人向け作品への規制を強めたことで、販売ページが閉鎖されてしまいました…

現在、移行先を模索中です。一応「itch.io」を検討しています。

もしも、より良い販売プラットフォームをご存知の方がいらしたら、教えて下さいね！

全体的に、クレジットカード会社やビッグテックからの締め付けによる出来事で、まるでサイバーパンク社会に生きているかのような憤懣を感じてしまいます。

成人向け作品をお届けするのは年々難しくなっている感もありますが、なんとか新天地を探し続けて、生き延びていきたいです！
