So, she gives her allies the immunizations for her viruses/sicknesses, but anyone else, just by being near her, gets poisoned... AND lustfully attracted to her, thanks to the pheromones, so they unwillingly rush into their own death by wanting to be near her, as it were. Pretty good assassination technique, so to speak. (As a final note, being from the ancient past means she has literally no inhibitions or shame sexually, either!)
