Did anyone receive a DM for this? Another patreon glitch?

Will Rykah

I'm guessing Patreon glitch as I didn't either

SayoSaHa

Same. Haven't received any message for this one.

Andrew O'Hare

I didnt get the link either .. happens for every release

Keith Smith

Same here, hoping it's just a glitch as the model looks great.

oxo3dprinting

It looks like your subscription started in November, and the November models were already sent to you. From what I can see, the December payment hasn’t gone through yet, which is likely why the December files haven’t appeared in your inbox. I’ve also sent you a detailed reply in your inbox. Happy to help!

Dktahg

We've all checked & none of us got it. Obviously some Patreon glitch

Keith Smith

It is now, thank you very much!

Keith Smith

Check again, folks, I got the notification via Patreon.

SayoSaHa

Got my link a couple hours ago.

2OT

Got it, thanks! Great looking model

Josh

Also no link

Bad Motivator

My December payment date is the 30th so I won’t see the link until then?

oxo3dprinting

Yes, that’s correct - with a December 30th billing date, you won’t receive the link until then. Patreon recently updated their payment system, so access has been adjusted accordingly. This system also helps protect the files, so everyone gets a fair experience and no one can download content after canceling. If you’d like access sooner, you can cancel your subscription today and rejoin. Once you re-subscribe, the payment will be processed immediately and your billing cycle will be updated, giving you instant access.

Bad Motivator

Thank you for confirming and the re-sub suggestion - I might do that in early January.

It looks like you’re not currently subscribed. Could you please double-check your subscription status?

Bluegrass 3D

My billing date is the 24th. Don't know if that affects anything

Stewart Cook

i have not received the link for this model yet

oxo3dprinting

It looks like you’re not currently subscribed. Could you please double-check your subscription status

Stewart Cook

I am subscribed along with other artists however for some reason patreon has got me down as free member

Stewart Cook

The only thing I can suggest doing is stopping all patreon subscriptions that I am paying into

Dee Marie Wallah

Hi, just joined, looking forward to the Harley special link. Hit me up on my inbox with any links for this month. Thank you so much!

oxo3dprinting

Welcome aboard! please check your patreon inbox. Files should be there!

oxo3dprinting

Not entirely sure what’s going on with your account, but it looks like you’ve been having similar download issues with other artists as well. This is most likely something on Patreon’s side. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to Patreon’s backend system, so the best next step would be to reach out to Patreon customer support directly. They should be able to look into your account and help get everything sorted out for you.

Professeur Multivers

Hi! I joined last month and renewed the subscription yesterday, but I still didn't get the Harley's link nor was she added to my MMF. Could you send it to me please? Thank you in advance! ^^

oxo3dprinting
