Hey fam,

Here’s another cosplay piece for you to play around with! We recently finished our Malevola character, and a lot of you showed her so much love - so we figured, why not have some extra fun with her sword too?

We’ve gone ahead and created the sword as a separate piece for our community members to enjoy. It’s available now, so feel free to grab it and have fun with it!

Something quite useful for props is to 2 or more holes which pass through the entire prop so a wood or metal rod can be added for strength and locating help during assembly. A common size like 3mm / 1/8" or 6mm / 1/4" if the prop allows are easiest to find resources for in hardware stores. Integrating larger rods into handles and partial lengths of the blade (25mm / 1") are also quite nice to increase rigidity of the prop

Really appreciate the tip! Pass-through rod channels are a clever way to boost both strength and alignment - we’ll keep those sizes in mind as we design future props.
