Hello gang,

I'm about to overhaul my YT about page (as it's a bit lame right now) to explain a little more about what makes the channel tick, and I'd like to include three quotes from Bad Company as part of this.

Basically, you can help here by answering the following question -

"Why should anyone watch a Colonel Failure video?"

Be as colourful as you wish, but try to avoid essays (a few lines at most would be great). Obviously this is optional, but as those who know my videos the best I figured you'd be the right people to ask for a "review".

My ego has been secured in a lead-lined case, we're good here.

Thanks

-CF

Subscribe and watch the Colonel's videos and he'll send you cash in the mail*

We all fail at things in life, but now we can take solace from someone who's turned failure into a visual art-form.

Pixelator

Watch a trainboy video for extended muttering with occasionally something that doesn't involve a train

Pixelator

Clearly. Jim Cumming has won already.

Geoff Webber

Learn a game, whilst giggling at The Colonel's attempts to get it right...

We all love it when a plan comes together, but even moreso we love it when a plan falls apart. As long as it is someone else's plan. Behold, as Colonel Failure tests the very definition of "contingency". Hark, as he hurls insults at virtual minions who fail to meet his ever shifting expectations. Take heed as his back up to the back up plan falls to ruins at the last moment and plucks the feather of defeat from the albatross of victory. Be warned, there will be face to palm contact but that's what we pay him for.

Best of all, you never know what is going to happen. This includes FAILURES as the name implies/ Yet, the commentary is great and well justifies those situations. ~~ LOL.

Jack L S Noe (Captain_Snaggles)

I watch these videos because nothing works better to relax me than the soothing voice of The Colonel muttering on about "slope too steep" warnings, constantly greeting the Bank Manager, and banging in $14mil. bridges without a second thought.

General Makt

Absolutely smashing videos and an awesome guy

It is a raining, overcast morning in Wolverhampton. I look out over the dull and featureless desert of the Midlands and my heart sinks. I drearily perform my morning routine, the same one I have performed for the pas seventeen years. I stare blankly at my coffee, dull as dishwater I wonder if that is in fact what I have been drinking all these years. As the morning wears on like a teachers nails on the blackboard, I glimpse the one ray of sunshine in my otherwise meaningless day. "REFRESH DAMNIT!" I yell at the top of my lungs, to no avail. Then it happens. Those Dulcet tones, the pithy comment, that Bombastic Intro. I Get Out The Plane with you and I am transported far and wide... the Alps, a Zombie Wasteland a Buggy carrying an Emo, and at that moment I know, my life is actually not bad, because Colonel Failure is here to lift me up.

It's hard for me to find joy in my life when most of the time I'm struggling to just breathe. The Colonel, with his mutterings and demolishing and rebuilding and fumbling around through games brings me many moments of chuckling and sometimes out and out laughter. Thank you, Colonel, for bringing joy to my otherwise difficult life.

Pixelator

A channel where trains are filled with jabbering patreon supporters who type paragraphs nobody asked for (looking at you vektrix) and everyone enjoys reading it anyways.

Dan Leas (Elzar760)

There's a million channels where you can watch someone do it better than you. Here you can watch someone fail like you. Bonus: you'll laugh your ass off and be thoroughly entertained. (Needs some polish but my brain isn't working right at the moment).

Colonel Failure

Thanks folks. These are genuinely touching, much appreciated.

Plastic Swans

Oops I missed the boat on this. I'll add:

Plastic Swans

Haphazard strategy gaming, stoically delivered with a bit of British wit and charm.

Bit late on this one but..I literally, everyday, come home from work and watching Colonel Failure's newest episode is first on my list. Because after usually a really crappy day nothing helps me to escape the world for 30 minutes like a CF video filled bulldozing, smoooooooooothing, always looking for the perfect thumbnail, unintentional heavy finger clicking, jump scaring boy Steggs, getting run over by speed boats and Dacia's, getting Bulldozer Power to the finish line without enough fuel and always looting at the wrong time! And all of this while mumbling and talking proudly about Colonel School where you really learn to drive! So, people should watch because "Colonel Failure, epically taking failure to new levels every day!" :D

Orb505

"Why should anyone watch a Colonel Failure video?" It gives my TV something to do while I cook the tea

The Skipper

It's clean, humorous (humourous? :-D ) full of blunders, errors and incredibly asinine choices. In other words: entertaining... What's not to like?
