What about just Bulldozer Power's Barmy Army? It's simple and incorporates the 'Brand' used developed in games

Im officially part of bad company 😊

I understand the Motor Sport Manager decision perfectly. To be honest, though I really like your coverage of it, it does seem to be a really rather niche thing.

I wonder if Urban Games is also preparing DLC for TpF when performance update is finished. Nordic DLC has also nudged forward, lots of new stuff will be included compared to its Train Fever version once it is finished. Fast show was aired here too, one of my favorite shows ever, nice to hear there's going to be something that shares the same humor. Suits you sir!

The TM1 Channel (aka Kirkus Octavius)

I have to admit that I don't get why Motorsport hasn't worked. I'm probably biased but I think that the game itself is damned good, and it lends itself to YouTube style narratives. Mine isn't "working" (in the viewership sense) because the overwhelming majority of the planet doesn't know that my channel exists, and those who do expect to be told how to create dimension subsets rather than engine components. (And also because I appeared on the scene about a year late.) However you have a pre-built audience off the back of TpF who have shown that they appreciate the style in which you do things. Your "vibe" in both TpF and MSM is similar so you'd think that quite a bit of audience TpF would also become audience for MSM. And the audience IS out there; there are some YT MSM videos in high 5's, low 6 figures. And some of them are... not so good, IMHO. But they WERE early. Beh, you can't argue with the numbers, I suppose. You now have 7 followers on Instagram.

So. I am not an expert in any field at all. I just like to voice my opinion :P. I think making a disjointed series where bad company members see more than regular YouTube watchers is as bad as it is good. I feel like it would put off people who don't want to support it, and don't want to watch 1 half of a series. (basically). even though it might get more people to join the patreon. Badcompany, Well. make it a poll or a challenge where every patreon supporter get a chance to name the new bad company, and then votes for their favorite new name. you want a picture, I'll give you a picture. where do you want it and when do you want it? :P

Bad Company, no. Bulldozer Power, yes. My reasoning... The Bulldozer is your logo, not the helmet nor the Colonel title nor the idea of a military group. Branding means totally embracing your company symbol... your logo. So, as much as I love the Colonel helmet and title, you chose a Bulldozer as your logo, which means it should be the focus of the group name. If you're thinking of changing the logo (for instance adding a Colonel to the seat of the bulldozer), then name the company after whatever that new symbol is. That's just good marketing. Streaming... I will be disappointed if all of the streams are only on Twitch and not later added to YouTube. I live in a place where my internet is not great. It often cuts in and out and it really hates me to watch any stream. Watching on Twitch after is difficult at best because for whatever reason my internet says it is. I have also had to sign up with Twitch for the 3rd time because Twitch keeps losing my information and doesn't recognize me at all when it does. And there is no help whatsoever from Twitch... no answer at all actually. It is very disappointing. Products... I'll wait on the t-shirt, as you've asked. Is there any plan in the future for a mug though? I'm less of a t-shirt kinda gal as I am a mug user. Just a thought. Games... I love watching people play Cities Skylines and seeing how each one approaches the game. It is one that I would thoroughly enjoy watching you play as well. One of the things I've noticed with channels that grow quickly is the number of times they upload videos on one particular game or series. When they upload something in a series everyday, they seem to increase subs faster than if they upload once or twice a week and have a variety of games or topics. One person that I regularly watch, streams exclusively on YouTube and often throughout a video receives donations of $100, $50 and, of course most often, $1-$5. He uploads everyday and streams a couple of times a week. He recently passed his 100,000 subs mark just before his 2-year mark. It's just food for thought, but I think it's good food. :) I agree that any game that is not moving your business ahead needs to be dropped and understand that will include some that I truly enjoy watching. Although I also agree that your business needs to be about you, I don't necessarily agree that you should be backing off too far from working with Steggs. The two of you are brilliant together and that is something rare.

Point the First - The Motorsport Manager's progression is what was killing it for me, not being really competitive until you're into the 5th or 6th year is too long for a video series. Also It seemed you were doing the same thing every race, with the same results. I really enjoyed watching you play Mashinky, so when it's released, that would be a good match to your channel. I like watching you and Steggs in Spin Tires, you two play well off each other. I'd avoid the Planet Coaster method again, it doesn't quite work as well as you'd think it could. I'm surprised how long I stayed with you playing Train Simulator, though I do skip through sometimes, mostly when you're fumbling around with the controls. Maybe X-com? I'd like to see how you'd tackle an alien invasion.

MAC Sandsquid

Point the Second - Thanks for the BTS on how YouTube works. It's not quite the slaughterhouse-to-grocery terror I believed it to be. And seeing your actual stats are cool.

MAC Sandsquid

Point the Third - Bad Company is hard to beat as names go. Band of Bulldozers? Colonel Failure's lonely Bulldozer Band? Evil Echelon? Disruptive Division? Slightly Petulant Squadron? Maybe we could just wack all the other Bad Companies until we're the only one? Call out Colonel Failure's Bulldozer Assassins.

Where do we send photos of t-shirts? Suzette and I went to the train museum in Sacramento this weekend and I wore my shirt. Great time. I (mistakenly) thought they had the General. They don't. They have about 4 pre-1880 engines including the Genoa, but not the General. There you go.

If overall you get feedback indicating that people are tired of you working with Steggs as often, then go where the masses want you. But for me, I don't think he detracts at all. I think of him as sort of another obstacle in the game, which makes it amusing. As for a new name for Bad Company, let people make suggestions and then have a vote. Bad Company is a good name but losing it isn't the end of the world. Although you want a group which you can merely be a part of instead of leading, a name which starts with "Colonel Failure's..." is trademarkable and copyrightable. Really enjoy seeing the work, strategy, marketing, and brainstorming that goes on behind the scenes. Oddly enough it is exactly like the work that Suzette does for her high-end hair coloring business and which I have had to do with my law practice. Fun and educational to see how you deal with these challenges.

Brigade would be lead by a Colonel normally. This would be an appropriate place to start. Quick searching on 'Bad Brigade' and 'Fail Brigade' show some results already but nothing like 'Bad Company'. I am for 'Bad Brigade' personally. keeps with the spirit and makes more sense. Thanks for the update Colonel :)

I'll echo a couple of comments here. Firstly, no problem with you working with Steggs, but the game needs to work with a pairing. Spintires is excellent fun to watch. Secondly, glad to see Motorsport staying on for us Patreon subs (name pending). As for merch, I'm not a T-Shirt type so a mug or perhaps a drinking vessel capable of holding let's say 568ml would be more my line.

1. Bad Company name change: Given your way with words, how about a less used synonym for bad? "Atrocious Company" "Injurious Company" - native .co.uk's, do your best, rather than this 2nd language fool googling synonyms :) Pro: name not likely to be taken. Con: might be hard to google.. I do enjoy the hole Colonel angle on things, but with the bulldozer, perhaps move the engineering part of the army ? Just a thought. 2. Cities: Skylines. Yes please :) I think a continuous series for all viewers, patrion or not is the way to go. You do not need to promote yourself to us on patrion, you already got us :) however I do see the point in creating special content as reward.. 3. Spintires / Steggie: all good fun, but I must admit I watch whoever of you post first, and get a bit less out of the other afterwards ( but still watch both ) , you guys truly are enjoying yourself in the game and it rubs off on the viewer. 4. Regarding exposure and new subs: As far as I can remember, PUBG and the commentary there off was what got me on to this channel, Transport Fever was what made me buy the game. Keep up the good work :)
