The end of times is upon us, friends.

As of Friday this week my day-job is turning into something far more erratic. The good news is that I'll have more time for video larks (yay!) the probably less good news is that I'm going to need to rustle up a little more interest in all that "fan funding" caper if I'm to remain independent. Now, I've posted this message on all my usual channels, the Facebook, the Reddit, the YouTube Comments board, and I'll promote this on the Discord as well, but this version is going off-piste a little.

Why? Because we're here, at Bad Company HQ. The home of the Reverend Colonel Failure's fan funditure adventures, to that end I would anticipate that at least most of you are already signed up in some fashion (you guys rule), and if you're not you're wavering on the fence, waiting for some kind of sign to...

JOIN UP NOW IT'S ONLY $1

..indicate that becoming a member is a good idea. Good luck, I hope something leaps out at you. Right, back to the same blather I've posted everywhere else.

I'll do my best to make it both enticing and entertaining while advertising, but it'll become another regular feature to sit alongside "fling a like at this and obviously subscribe, you heathen."

I've been workshopping language that sounds a little like, "Lovingly hurl a like at this video, and then as an encore subscribe to the channel to demonstrate that you're sophisticated. Finally, take the money you were saving up to spend on the new Shania Twain album and give it to me instead."

As mentioned, the language is still at the prototype stage. Stay tuned for compelling trailers and features, and an endless stream of "BUY COLONEL BONDS" type messages.

On with the show!

After a weekend off (it was lovely, thanks for asking), here's what on deck:

  • Tue: Project Hospital
  • Wed: Project Hospital
  • Thu: Project Hospital
  • Fri: Transport Fever
  • Sat: Train Sim World
  • Sun: A one-off adventure into simulatorland
  • Sun: Backer-exclusive Motorsport Manager

Transport Fever will be returning to two episodes per week "soon", and Project Hospital will be replaced by wrap-up episodes for Tropico 6 and Software Inc. I don't like dangling the end of a series for too long. After that a new lengthy series will be along, a series with mirth and vigor that is influenced by the results of the recent poll.

Also coming soon, the opportunity for you to be more fashionably attired. That is, as long as you see comfortable clothing styled with a bulldozer logo as fashionable.

Right then, back to work.
