Colonel Failure™ Schedule terms and conditions for use.

Colonel Failure grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Colonel Failure Schedule solely as permitted by these terms. The Colonel reserves all rights not expressly granted to you by these Terms.

Except as permitted through the Services or as otherwise permitted by us in writing, your license does not include the right to:

• - expect advertised videos ("Services") to be delivered in a timely fashion; or at all.
  - excessively lament the absence of that one game ("Services") you really want to see.
  - issue a negative appraisal ("Thumb Down") on a Service that does not include trains.

The Colonel reserves the right to modify, cancel, forget to do, and get in the wrong order Services as outlined in this schedule. The Colonel acknowledges that a schedule that is subsequently proved to be a work of fiction make cause moderate inconvenience. In reading this schedule, and these terms, you implicitly accept that you may be moderately inconvenienced and that you are "cool" with this.
