Merch and Me (Patreon)

I have a history of being disatisfied with my own merchandise - and I own one of (almost) everything I've put out so far. The disatisfaction stems either from the quality of the garment not quite being up to the level I'd want, or the designwork not being stellar. The latest "Method" and "Bulldoze Everything" shirts are probably my favourites ever, but even now I can see room for improvement.

That improvement is only likely to come once I achieve a scale where it makes sense for me to manage my own gear rather than using external agencies or print on demand operations. That time will come. Just not yet.

Right, that's the introduction - your basic takeaway here is that I provide merch as an option because I want it myself. Second to this is I want to be producing the kind of gear I want to wear/use. It's not a cash-in, as much as there are a few bucks to be made here and there. In the 4(ish) years I've been offering any merch at all I've made maybe $100 in profit - the design work does not come cheap! And that's fine. Anything over break-even works for me.

Onto the associated question.

If I were to offer themed Bulldozer Power sports-style jerseys/shirts featuring the biggest named players in BDP history, would anyone be interested? Yes, obviously price and style are a key factor. Would a Nicholas Hazel or Zoltan Zoltan team shirt tempt you at all?

Second consideration. Would the option to have a BDP team shirt with your own number/name choice included be something of interest?

I've not plans at all in this area (except that I want a Steve Morrey player shirt) and regardless of the outcome here it'll probably happen at some point. Just gauging interest.
