I'm intrigued by the tabletop wargame. Reminds me that if you really wanted to go off-road for a few episodes you might be a good narrator for a Five Parsecs from Home campaign, a solo game with thirty-minute battles punctuating an emerging storyline. Not sure what video game I'd compare it to... But that would be extremely off-road.

Rough cut ideas can work. I back a channel that puts its (long, documentary-esque) videos up a week early in the hopes of avoiding the inevitable "If you had done the bare minimum research in the eparchal archives of Thessaloniki you'd know..." problems. Seems to work. Even if you're not fact checking there might be a use in getting feedback from a very friendly audience, as long as you bear that extreme friendliness in mind

If you're doing 10-15 outros at once, that it also a good discipline as you can make 1 of those outros as a call to action - buy merch, sub on patreon, etc which otherwise you have to force yourself to do occasionally. And 1 call in every 15, so every 2 weeks-ish, doesn't seem unreasonable.
