I think a good example of the one-hit entertainment videos is RealCivilEngineerGaming. It doesn't really matter what the subject is, people watch for the format and the person. One video a day, and normally hitting at least 250K views.

I have to say I do often feel like you many ideas and many skills to do the things but unable to do all of it on my own due to time and desire to work more collaboratively, so I feel you. Great video explained many things about the channel and the current stagnation. I dont watch all videos and so now I will make sure i click and watch all videos or nsubscribe but watch them anyway.

Late to watching...SMOOOOVE So not waiting for you to finish *48 min in* if you're concerned about the video poisoning then you'll need three channels. Sports Mini Series (1 or 3 and done) Long Form Only other option is breaking the videos down by topic and have a few channels focusing on that typic. But I'm just a boob that has a channel with one series from 17,000 years ago. So, just ignore what I've said. I wasted bits and bytes.
