That's right, we've finally scheduled a date for our live watch along of Star Trek: The Wrath of Kahn. I know everyone is super stoked about this, especially Paula! I can't wait to sit with everyone and check out this movie.

The scheduled date is going to be on Saturday July 18th at 11am PDT over on our YouTube. So grab some snacks and come have a movie day with us!!!

Woohoo! I've been one of the whiny people trying to get you to watch it. I also predict that once you see this one, we won't have to whine as much to get ST3. :)

They task me… They task me, and I shall have them! I’ll chase them round the moons of Nibir and round the Antares Maelstrom and round Perdition’s Flames before I give them up! 🖖

This might be the first YT stream I genuinely do mark my calendar for.

Awesome! I think the 80s Star Trek movies are essential viewing. Especially the loose trilogy of Star Trek 2, 3, and 4. They are really great movies and they help bridge the gap from 60s Trek to the TNG era.

I've been watching you with my wife Carrie for about a year, I decided yesterday to join up myself because y'all are SO much fun, and it looks like I couldn't have timed it any better! I hope you enjoy the movie as much as most of us do!!

Hmm can I dig out my VCR by then XD

John O'Meara

Why are you here and where can I find James Kirk?

Ben Chan

If only we'd gotten a "TJ Hooker goes to Fantasy Island" cross-over ... but I guess this'll do.

Chris Devlin

Nice. 7pm in the UK as well, which means I can have my dinner and watch along at the same time. :)

I've dug up my olde recording and I've dusted off my abacus. Now to see if I'll be awake at the ungodly hour of [checks notes] middle of the day.

No TMP? I'm disappointed. I LOVE WOK, but TMP really is the pure Sci-Fi Trek that we've rarely seen since. Its a long film, but a joy to watch our old TOS chums get the band back together. The interactions of the big three as well as Spock's story far outweigh any complaints about the film length.

Let the record show that I was and it was a great time.
