Meh episode. Some cute moments. Your reactions made it more palatable. Kat's face in the thumbnail is understandable. Ethan Phillips was a ferengi in the TNG episode Menage a Trois. Not sure if he tried out for Quark. I know Robert Picardo tried out for Neelix originally. Which seems weird now. Lol

This episode has such a stupid ending: somehow the Ferengi managed to escape security, then they somehow managed to locate the shuttle bay in a ship they never been in before AND open the doors despite not having security clearance. all this in less than seven minutes. if the script writers didn't want Voyager to get back home, they should have written a more plausible reason for the failure, what we got is just lazy writing.
