I am making a general post here and on our discord:

I contacted Patreon help and they sent me this link,

https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026984152-I-m-locked-out-of-posts-I-should-see?source=search&auth_token=eyJ0eXAiOiJKV1QiLCJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJhY2NvdW50X2lkIjo0MjE4MTQsInVzZXJfaWQiOjM4MjUwODEzNzExMiwidGlja2V0X2lkIjo1NDkxNTUsImNoYW5uZWxfaWQiOjYzLCJ0eXBlIjoiU0VBUkNIIiwiZXhwIjoxNTYyMjAwMDIzfQ.KTDLtoxIUx8Jcbejzu190mdDBh5MyaU8OtAn5WP7iO4

If you are seeing your content still locked behind a paywall please follow the step listed in the link above. If this does not correct the issue Patreon requests you reach out to their help center directly with the issue. Fingers crossed this fixes the issue for everyone who is having troubles accessing our content at the moment!

What worked for you? I still can't access anything from the Gals and am still waiting for support to respond.

Same. Support isn't very supportive

AJ

It’s now working for me. I don’t know if what I did fixed it or if the timing just worked nicely but here’s what I did: * I changed the tier I was on to a lower one (there’s no charge to do this so you don’t have to pay extra or anything like that). Still didn’t have access to the posts I was supposed to. * Changed back to the tier I wanted to be on (still no charge because I’d already paid for that at the start of the month). I could now access the posts I’m supposed to. It might have reset my account in the background by doing all of that, though why it didn’t seem to work on the first attempt I dunno. Maybe in going to a higher tier, giving me access to more things meant setting everything in that to tier to “accessible” rather than in going to a lower tier and losing access to things? Either way, might be worth it if you’re having troubles and not hearing back from support promptly.

Thank you! I just did this and it worked for me. You rock!

Also seemed to work for me. Though now i think i can view too much.

Ian Smith

Bingo! Worked for me as well. Thanks :)

AJ seems to have found a method that works, further below.

Kathy A

Thank you! That worked for me, too.

AJ

Glad it worked, at least for some people. It’s a fairly common joke, but turning it off and on again is usually worth trying, and this is just a version of that.
