v61 just released! (Patreon)

The new v61 has now been released publicly!

Of course it includes all the changes already available for Premium supporters in the nightly builds of past few months (as always you can find the detailed changelog in the program or on the official website).

As usual I'll wait a couple of weeks for any new last minute bug reports that might come out following the mass usage to be able to release quick fixes in case they are needed 👍🏻

If no new bug come out then I'll begin the works for the next version by releasing new nightly builds as soon as they are ready. The next version will be a major update since I planned to rewrite the program in a modular way, so as to separate the code to support the websites from the core of the program. This way in the future I will be able to release quick fixes for supported websites without having to modify the main core of the program, this will allow much faster fixes (at least for supported websites) for everyone. Of course the updates to the main program with new features, as well as the addition of new supported websites, will all remain an exclusive early access to Patreon subscribers, don't worry  😉

The bookmarks does not need to be imported, just rename a backup in mangadownloader.db and put it inside the same folder of the program, it will be automatically loaded at startup. Anyway you should not lose your bookmarks with a simple update (since they are stored inside the .db file) so the fact that they do not appear inside the program should be caused by an error, please attach/paste the jvm_log.txt file to search for the error message so that we can understand where is the issue and how to solve it 👍

Thank you for reporting this, it's an error caused by the fact I renamed the BATOTOO framework ("No enum constant mainpackage.Website.BATOTOO"). I'll release a fix as soon as possible

The latest public version is the v61.4, the nightly build is for the v62. On the release page of Github there is only the base package with the launcher and the couple of required http libs, it will download automatically the latest version available by itself at first startup. For this reason you will continue to see the "August" release date on Github even if other versions of the program have been released in the meantime, because the base package is always the same ;)
