Make sure to put this Teen Titans mod at last, in case you have downloaded older Teen Titans mod versions and overwrite, it contains Starfire and Raven already.

Add the zipmod from this post at last and overwrite in the mods folder, this is the latest version of the Teen Titans mod, and includes Raven and Starfire already.
